An inquiry regarding Admission is welcome at any time. Please feel free to contact us through email or phone. We can send you the admission information.
2. Admission Period
Admission to the school is possible throughout the year, space permitting, though the most popular entry times will be late August (predominantly international students) and early April (predominantly Japanese students).
3. Book a tour or come to an Open House
Making decisions about your child’s education is one of the most important decisions parents will make. It is often best taken following a visit to a school, where you have the opportunity to experience the atmosphere and culture which pervades the site, which you can pick up very quickly.
You may come to an Open House or contact us by email or phone to set up an appointment to visit the school.
Additionally, during an Open House or a school visit, a meeting with the Head of school, a tour, and interaction with teaching staff will allow you to consider comprehensively whether this is the right place for your child.
We will welcome you warmly, professionally and honestly as you make this very important decision for your child.
4. Application
Application is possible in person and, following completion of the necessary forms and payment of the application fee, the school will make arrangements for an interview with the Headmaster.
5. Interview with the Headmaster
Ideally a family visit to our school will help to familiarise parents and students with what we offer and how it meets the needs of a prospective student. Online interviews are also possible.
6. Acceptance
A decision on admission will be arrived at quickly and communicated to parents in a timely fashion together with additional forms for acceptance.
7. First Day of School
We will then look forward to warmly welcoming you and your child to our school on the agreed date and in the appropriate class.
